VC-TCXO
Introduction
A TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) typically consists of a precision quartz crystal, a temperature compensation network, an oscillator circuit and a variety of buffer and/or output stages determined by the output requirement. The temperature compensation network is used to sense the ambient temperature and "pull" the crystal frequency in a manner that reduces the 'frequency vs. temperature' effect of the quartz crystal.
A VCTCXO is a Voltage Controlled TCXO where the frequency changes in direct proportion to the application of a control voltage.
As new types and/or
new ranges of oscillators are developed HM International is continuously involved in custom
design. Should you have a requirement our team of engineers will be pleased
to discuss your requirement with you.
We offer a wide range of VC-TCXOs to suit all applications.
